Ellis Skis Limited Warranty
At Ellis Skis, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our U.S.A. manufactured skis. We are committed to ensuring that our customers have the best experience on the mountain. Our Limited Warranty is designed to offer you peace of mind with your purchase.
- Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty for our skis against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Delamination of the ski
- Defects in the topsheet, base, and sidewalls
- Improper mounting or detachment of factory-installed bindings
- What is Not Covered?
- The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper care
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dings, and chips
- Damage resulting from improper mounting or adjustment of bindings
- Damage caused by rocks, rails, or other obstacles
- Skis that have been modified or altered in any way
- Damage due to exposure to extreme heat or cold
- Damage caused by transportation (e.g., airline damage)
- Any third-party products used in conjunction with our skis
- Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [customer service email or phone number] with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and photos of the damage.
- Our team will review your claim and determine whether your skis are eligible for warranty repair or replacement.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the skis to us for inspection.
- After inspection, we will either repair the skis or provide a replacement at our discretion. If an exact replacement model is not available, we will offer a comparable model.
- Important Notes
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping skis to Ellis Skis for inspection. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.
- Repaired or replaced skis will carry the remainder of the original warranty period.
- This warranty is void if the skis have been altered, modified, or used for purposes other than their intended use.
- Legal Disclaimer
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Ellis Skis be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property.
- Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state or country in which the product was purchased, and any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
